Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy
The International Journal of Clinical Embryology and Reproductive Biology is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical publishing and scientific integrity. All stakeholders—including authors, editors, and reviewers—are expected to adhere to ethical guidelines throughout the submission, review, and publication process.
1. Responsibilities of Authors

2. Responsibilities of Editors

Editors must make decisions based solely on the quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts.

Editors should maintain confidentiality regarding manuscripts and peer review discussions.

Any conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and editors should recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where such conflicts exist.
3. Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewers should provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of manuscripts.

Confidentiality of the review process must be maintained, and manuscripts should not be shared without permission.

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could bias their evaluation.
4. Handling Misconduct
IJCERB follows COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines in addressing publication misconduct, including but not limited to:

Fabrication or falsification of data: Manipulating results or presenting false information.

Redundant publication: Publishing the same findings in multiple venues without acknowledgment.

Allegations of misconduct will be thoroughly investigated. Minor issues may require corrections or clarifications, while severe or repeated violations may result in rejection, retraction, or reporting to the author’s institution or funding agency.
