The International Journal of Clinical Embryology and Reproductive Biology is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. All submitted manuscripts are rigorously screened to ensure originality and compliance with ethical guidelines.

1. Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

  • Copying or closely paraphrasing another author’s work without proper citation.

  • Submitting previously published material (in whole or in part) as original research.

  • Using data, ideas, or text from other sources without appropriate acknowledgment.

2. Manuscript Screening

  • All manuscripts undergo thorough checks using advanced plagiarism detection software prior to peer review.

  • Submissions with significant similarity to published content may be rejected outright or returned to authors for correction.

3. Responsibilities of Authors

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and properly referenced.

  • Direct quotations, ideas, or data from other sources must be clearly cited.

  • Duplicate submission or self-plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

4. Consequences of Plagiarism

  • Minor instances may require revision with proper attribution.

  • Severe or repeated violations will result in immediate rejection and may lead to restrictions on future submissions.

  • Instances of academic misconduct may also be reported to the author’s institution or funding organization.
